CASA COLINAS is a typical ’em bande house’, facing with magnificent views over the rolling hills of the area in a east-west alignment.
It has two large terraces, of which the east-facing, somewhat sheltered one on the upper floor is suitable as a breakfast area all year round . The west terrace is partially shaded with a traditional bamboo cover and is already illuminated by the sun at early hours in summer.
When designing the interior, we´ve attached a particular importance on a generous and open perspective. You enter the house via a spacious cooking and dining area , which merges directly into a cozy lounge area with an exit to the west terrace with it´s outdoor dining table.
The kitchen area invites you to enjoy cooking together. In addition to a modern gas stove/ oven, it has a spacious dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment, in which there is enough space for the weekly groceries.
Same as in CASA LUZ, gourmets will find well thought-out equipment with all the utensils needed to prepare the fresh delicacies you bring in from the markets in Tavira.
One bedroom on the ground floor is flooded with sunlight in the morning and shows comfort in a newly designed en suite bathroom.
The other bedroom is upstairs and is also equipped with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom.
