From a geographical perspective, CASA LUZ forms the south-facing tip of the Malhada.
As a highlight three terraces tempt to use them as outdoor spaces. Entering these our guests can find individual sunbathing and retreat spots featuring all day options with attractive shadows created by a traditional partial bamboo covering.
When designing the interior, we´ve attached a particular importance for creating a generous and open perspective on both levels. The dining and living area is therefore structured by our individually tiled kitchen block as the focal point. A fireplace and a lounge area ensure comfort .
This situation enlivens the preparation of food by it´s communicative character. The kitchen has a modern gas stove/ oven combination, a spacious dishwasher and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment. The latter provides enough space for your weekly groceries.
As in CASA COLINAS, gourmets will find well-thought-out equipment with all the reuirements needed to prepare the fresh delicacies you´ll pick the markets of Tavira.
Both bedrooms have have access to modern bathrooms with shower and a wc. We have designed large queen-size beds for each of the bedrooms .
